Carpet CleanignSHE CAME TO MY HOME PROMPTLY AND ON TIME. CLEANED CARPET IN FOUR ROOMS. HAD A MESS FROM
4 DOGS AND 1 CAT. SHE COMPLETELY CLEANED THE CARPET AND GOT OUT MOST OF THE PET STAINS. SHE DID A BETTER JOB THAN WE BOTH
EXPECTED. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES AND PRICE. WE WILL HAVE HER CLEAN OUR UPHOLSTERY NEXT.
Carpet CleaningMy family room carpeting was badly soiled from numerous pet mishaps and daily living.
It's in a high traffic area of my home and tends to accumulate dirt easily. I knew I needed some kind of deep cleaning, especially
one that included a pet treatment. I called a few places and got prices but decided on Like New Again b/c of their vast knowledge
of how to treat pet stains. They explained to me their pet treatment which included spot removal and deep deodorizing. I only
needed 1 room cleaned and was told of their $99 minumum , $90 b/c of Angie's List coupon, which was what it ended up costing
me for the deep cleaning I needed. We set up an appointment for the following week and they were right on time. They were
extremely polite and professional, and my carpet looks amazing!! They explained what they did to remove the spots and also
gave me a free bottle of solution to use the next time there is another "accident". They also gave me a great brochure
on how to properly treat pet accidents as well as lots of other spills. The whole procedure took about an hour and they left
no mess behind. I will definitely use this company again.
CARPET CLEANINGMy carpet is only two years old but is a light gray color and shows the dirt pretty
easily, especially in high traffic areas. It also had some stains from my cat and from where things had been spilled on it,
most notably red koolaid. The young lady who came to clean it was great. She introduced herself to me (sorry, I don't remember
her name), told me exactly what she was going to do, measured, gave me the price before she started. We talked about the koolaid
stain. She said she thought she could get it out and she did! There is not a trace of it left. I was amazed since the previous
company I had hired to clean the carpet said there was nothing they could do. I am very pleased with the results. The carpet
looks great! She even gave me a booklet on stain removal and a bottle of stain remover. I will definitely use them again and
recommend them to friends.
CARPETS WITH PET STAINSI chose the company from the good things listed on Angie's List. They were
ranked #1 on Angie's list. I called and made an appointment. They came exactly when they were expected, and did
a beautiful job on the carpets. We had some pretty significant pet stains, and I was very pleased with the results. They called
the next day to see how we liked the carpet once it was dry. The entire experience was seamless. I will definitely use them
again.
CARPET CLEANINGThe staff were very nice, helpful and punctual. We had severe pet stains. They
cleaned and they looked great. The stains worked there way to the top in a few days. The pet urine smell
came back . I call to report this and they cheerfully came back removed the stains and smell at no charge. Both
times they called the next day to see how the job went. The smell didn't come back after that. They are extremely customer
service oriented.
CARPET CLEANING AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANINGDanny cleaned our carpets, did a great job with details (like pet stains), and left
every room smelling clean and fresh. I was impressed, which is not easy to do. S om other carpet cleaners couldn't get out
the stains that Danny did. He took his time and explained his methods. My neighbor friend had used them twice
before and highly recommended them to me, however, I had forgotten her advice until I saw their name on Angie's List. One
more very important comment is their use of organic cleaning agents. It smells great and dries fast. Thanks Danny!

CARPET CLEANINGThey were always available by phone. I needed to reschedule and that was no problem.
They were courteous, explained procedure and were very professional. They made me feel like I was not foolish for asking any
questions. I was not home when they cleaned, but our secretary was and she was extremely impressed (and she is picky). I got
home when he was finishing. Everything smelled and looked like new.

CARPET CLEANING The carpet was TERRIBLY dirty and stained as it is a rental. It was in very bad shape.
I wanted to get it cleaned to see if it was even possible to salvage the carpet because it wasn't that old. While the carpet
does not look perfect, it was cleaned well enough and a good amount of the overall filth and most stains were removed. I'm
able to get by without replacing the carpet at this time.
CARPET CLEANERWent great. Set up appointment over the phone for a time convenient for me. Did a great
job. Left booties for us to use to walk on carpet and not get it dirty while it dried. Left spot cleaner for us. Called to
check up on our satisfaction. Were prompt, friendly, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and did a great job.
Like New Again does a great job cleaning carpets for a good price. The spot cleaner
that they use is so great that I have bought several bottles from them. It works better than anything you can buy in stores.
upholstery cleaningLike New Again was recommended by my aunt. They saved an old area rug and some wall to wall. I had 2 couches i
had to recover or clean. Another well respected company refused to try to clean them. Like New Again dove
in and made them unbeleivably clean - but not perfectly. But they told me up front it wouldn't be perfect. I was
elated with the results. HONEST - LOW PRESSURE - AND THEY MAKE FOLLOW UP CALLS. I will use them again for my carpet
soon.

GREAT CARPET CLEANINGI HAVE USED 7 CARPET CLEANERS IN MY LIFE. EACH TIME I WAS DISSAPOINTED TILL NOW. LIKE NEW AGAIN MADE MY CARPETS
LOOK BETTER THAN THEY HAD IN 20 YEARS.

CARPET CLEANING AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANINGWe are in the process of having our kitchen remodeled, so there has been a lot of dust.
Even though the kitchen is not quite done, my grandchild (8 months) was going to be staying with us and I needed to have the
carpets and furniture cleaned as she puts everything in her mouth. I found Like New Again on Angies List and called, asked
Frank if he could do my carpets and furniture on a particular day and he totally accommodated me. Kim came to do our carpets
and furniture and did an incredible job! She even got out an 8 year old stain on my white couch which no one else had been
able to do. She was friendly and professional, even helped me move some furniture. She also left some spot remover for us.
I was very impressed with the work done. My carpets and couches look great. I will definitely be calling Like New Again in
the future.
