 DUCT CLEANING

I HAD JUST MOVED INTO MY HOME-WHEN I REALIZED THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE HAD PETS.  MOST OF THEIR HAIR WAS IN MY AIR DUCTS.  LIKE NEW AGAIN GAVE ME A FIRM ESTIMATE AND CLEANED THEM THOROUGHLY.  I WAS READY TO JUNK MY CARPET-BUT THEY CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND CLEANED THE DIRTIEST CARPET IN MY HOME, AND MADE IT LOOK GREAT.  I HAD THEM PROCEED TO CLEAN THE REST.  EXCEPT FOR A FEW FURNITURE STAINS, IT LOOK GREAT.  NEXT IS UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.

CLEANED UPHOLSTERY

I INHERITED SOME UPHOLSTERY THAT NEEDED HELP BADLY.  LIKE NEW AGAIN WAS RECOMMENDED BY ANGIE'S LIST AND THE IICRC SAID THEY WERE HIGHLY RATED.  THEY IDENTIFIED THE COUCH THAT HAD TO BE DRY CLEANED - AND RECOMMENDED IT NOT BE CLEANED.  I TOLD THEM TO DO IT ANYWAY AND IT TURNED OUT OK.  THE OTHER 3 PIECES WERE WET CLEANED AND LOOKED LIKE NEW AGAIN.  THEY WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE 1 COUCH, BUT I WAS.  THEY HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARDS.  WAY HIGHER THAN MINE.

UNSIGHTLY CARPET
I RENTED A HOME WITH THE WORST CARPET IN THE WORLD.  GREAT PRICE ON RENT - AND THE OWNER SAID IT WAS SANITARY CARPET-JUST STAINED CARPET.  LIKE NEW AGAIN CLEANED ALL CARPET AND THEY LOOK GREAT.  MY LANDLORD HAS A NEW CARPET CLEANER NOW.

MOVING INTO A NEW HOME
WE HAD JUST MOVED FROM CHICAGO AND OUR FURNITURE WAS ARRIVING FRIDAY.  THE HOUSE WE BOUGHT NEEDED NEW CARPET-BUT WE DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL THE OLD FURNITURE WAS REMOVED. SO WE NEEDED OUR CARPETS CLEANED THE SAME DAY.  MY REALTOR SAID CALL LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING.  FRANK, THE OWNER, FIT ME IN AT THE END OF THE DAY.  THEY PERFORMED MECHANIZED STEAM CLEANING-AND ALSO RE-DYED MY CARPETS.  NOW I ACTUALLY DON'T NEED THE CARPET REPLACED,  I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

carpet cleaning
My realtor recommended Like New Again Carpet Cleaning, and gave me a coupon. My carpet was wet, musty and mildewy. A storm had caused water to leak into my family room. The carpet had been wet about a week and was really smelling bad. He soaked up the water, cleaned the carpet and installed an mold-icide (smell and stain remover). He called before he arrived. Came in and looked at the carpet and used a sensor to determine exactly where the carpet was wet. He prepared an estimate based on the square footage and the amount of moisture in the carpet. He brought in his own tools and supplies. I had questions for him regarding - would there be a need for a return visit? (no). Would there still be the smell of damp carpet? (no) Technician was right on all points.
